Considering the excessive increase in price, the availability of services & facilities was appalling. The sanitation left much to be desired.....poory presented, inadequately, maintained. Considering there was another six weeks of letting, the available facilities were totally invisible.

Slightly out of season and grounds were covered in weeds, lower pool not open, couldn't find bakery, waste bins outside campsite, water point at pitch was clogged up and would not drain so overflowed.

Very happy with accommodation. The live music in the bar area was very loud on some nights. The brochure suggested that noise would decrease from 21:30 but the live music continued until after 23:00, which made it difficult for our children to sleep.

Overall very nice and quiet campground. Appreciated the effort made by staff of showing the world cup final with 5 large flat screens.

Accommodation was not as nice in reality as on the website (very disappointing). We had excrement coming up through our shower for 2 days and had to share the site facilities with others. I paid extra for my own bathroom and shower as we did not want to share with strangers yet we still had to for 2 days and nights out of the 6 and when I asked for compensation all I was offered was 'not to clean my chalet before leaving or 1 free night'. This was after I had to clean the shower myself after they fixed it!!!!!!!! I could not stay another night as I had a ferry booked. I asked for the money for 1 night to be refunded to me instead and I was told no. I found the customer service to be little or non existent. Because of this we will not be willing to stay at another Campeole site again and will not be recommending it to anyone as they clearly do not care enough about customer care or satisfaction which is such a shame as the surrounding area was gorgeous.

A part le problème d'éloignement avec nos amis, le séjour a été satisfaisant. le camping est très bien placé et bien ombragé.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce camping très agréable, et très bien situé puisque accès dans Biscarosse Plage. Personnel accueillant, emplacement mobile home très spacieux, avec une très jolie vue, nous étions tout en haut mais en seulement 10 mn à pieds de l'entrée. Le mobile home était très récent, et sans clim, mais cela aurait été superflu, il était tb exposé. La literie et oreillés étaient confortables, et tb protégés avec protections à usage unique de qualité. Propreté du Mobil home irréprochable. Bref parfait si ce n'est 2eme chambre enfants un peu petite.
Check in rapide, état des lieux d'entrée déclaratif. État des lieux de sortie à l'heure prévue, très sympa. Les barbecues en accès libre dans le camping sont nettoyés très régulièrement. Le personnel a l'écoute, disponible et efficace. Aucun pb de voisinage, les jeunes respectueux. Piscine pas testée. Plages très belles, mais bien respecter les zones de baignade. Tout sur place pour se régaler et profiter des couchers de soleil magnifiques depuis les terrasses des restau bars de la plage ( mention spéciale pour l'équipe du Mama Freda)
Nous recommandons ce camping très sympa dans cette si belle région.

Nous avons été déçu par le chalet que nous avions réservé. Un bungalow nous a été proposé, j ai trouvé les agents de l accueil très à l écoute, et efficaces. Le personnel rencontré au changement de location fort sympathique. Le rendez vous pour l état des lieux assuré par un employé très ponctuel très professionnel

L'emplacement ne correspondait pas a ce que nous avions demandé, la piscine est en état de délabrement les portes étant souvent cassées les enfants peuvent entrés et sortir quand ils veulent sans aucune sécurité, il y avait du bruit toute la journée et même la nuit, impossible de se reposer convenablement, seule satisfaction l'équipe d'animation.

Gros soucis d’odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Autre problème, lorsqu’on prend une douche, l’eau part partout et on a une véritable piscine...

Je n' ai pas compris pourquoi les draps ne sont pas fournis pendant la covid 19.alors que la prestation fait partie du tarif . si c est une raison d hygiène ,c est pas très logique car avec les draps vous êtes au moins sur que les personnes mettent les draps sur les lits .Je trouve dommage que vous n ayez pas pensé au moins à mettre des protections sur les matelas. Et d autant plus que les couvertures sont dans les mobil home et je doute qu elles soient nettoyées à chaque passage.

Super séjour dans un très beau camping avec une équipe d'animation au top.
Par contre tente équipée vétuste et pas très propre à notre arrivée et la piscine manque de toboggans (un seul toboggan qui ne fonctionne pas en continu).
Nous avons gagné un séjour pour l'année prochaine et aimerions être informés des modalités, merci!

bonjour,
notre lodge massai était très sympa et agréable avec sa terrasse. aucun voisin autour de nous, vu que nous avions réservé la première semaine de septembre.
un seul bémol: lorsqu'on rentre le soir après 22h30, il est est impossible d'accéder au lodge en voiture. Vu que nous étions placés sur la colline, il faut marcher de longues minutes (dans l'obscurité la plus totale par endroit) et trouver notre chemin après avoir galéré jusqu'à notre emplacement. Un vrai labyrinthe, surtout la nuit, sans repère.

Très agréable séjour dans une tente Masaï.J'ai apprécié d'aller à pied au centre ville de Biscarosse Plage ,à la Plage et au centre commercial qui se trouve devant le camping. Les Bonus : 2 belles piscines, des animations tous les soirs à Biscarosse Plage ,un marché artisanale tous les soirs et de nombreux points de restauration ( au camping et à Biscarosse Plage ) et le tout sans prendre sa voiture.A voir absolument la Dune du Pila,la ville d'Arcachon, le cap Ferret et la plage du lac de Biscarosse Lac entre autre.
En résumé : Camping familial que je recommande vivement.

Globalement satisfaite.
Tout le personnel confondu, quel que soit le poste occupé, a été fort agréable et disponible, gentil, attentif.... Les agents de sécurité de nuit compris.
Ce qui m'a gêné le plus a été le manque de poubelles et point de recyclage aussi.

très bon séjour mais encore un gros problème avec les ordure a l'entée du camping qui débordent des bacs et qui sont très mal situées des votre arrivée et peut étre aussi pour les touristes qui se promènent sur la rue d'en face!!!!
A voir aussi le fleurissement autour des sanitaires et des ralentisseurs pour couper la vitesse de certains qui se croient sur un circuit a l'intérieur du camping...Mais nous constatons quand mème depuis deux ans de très bonnes avancées dans le confort de notre séjour..

Dans le Pagotel, pas terrible d'avoir le WC dans la "Salle de bains" ; Bruit important de l'extracteur /VMC quand on ferme la SdB:-WC, génant la nuit surtout quand des personnes dorment.

C'est la 7ème fois que j'ai logé sur cette camping. Il est très bien situé et en dehors de la saison il est magnifique de partager la place avec des écureuils des lièvres et des oiseaux. L'accueil du personnel est toujours chaleureux et à l'écoute. Partir en vacances c'est aujourd'hui déjà un luxe, c'est pour ça j'en ai pas des exigences en plus. Le camping est propre, calme ( pour les gens qui font leurs vacances et qui n'ont dés fois au qu'une respect, le camping ne peux pour rien. Je me réjouis de passer une prochains fois sur cette camping.

C’est dommage que mi septembre il n’y ai plus aucune animation... car les jeunes ou couple sans enfant qui partent à cette période n’ont pas d’activité proposée c’est dommage car il y a encore des beaux jours et on a envie d’en profiter quand on na pas eu de vacances en juillet août...

Camping propre et accueillant, employés serviables et compétents, qui savent rester aimables même avec certains vacanciers dont le civisme et la politesse laissent franchement à désirer...bravo!

Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour au camping ainsi que de la commune de Biscarosse plage . Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.

il est regrettable que les locations soit concentrée dans un espace réduit , alors que en septembre l'occupation du camping est plutôt faible .

Un séjour agréable. Très beau camping calme et bien équipé. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Seul bémol, les places de parking à désensabler.

Un bon camping qui se renouvelle chaque année.
Je le conseille, l'avantage tous et proximité pour les courses, pizzeria etc. Le centre commercial est moins de 10 minutes en voiture.
How to get to the campsite Plage Sud
Road
Coming from Bordeaux, take motorway A63 to Bayonne, then change to motorway A66 to Bassin d’Arcachon, Dune du Pyla, Biscarrosse. Exit at Biscarrosse to Mios, then turn to D216 towards Sanguinet and Biscarrosse. In Biscarrosse, turn right towards the beach at the second roundabout. The campsite lies at the entrance of Biscarrosse-Plage.

Arcachon Station in 30 km.
Station in Ychoux (40 km), Facture-Biganos (40 km). The two stations are connected by the Biscabus shuttle.
