The most interesting part of the Etruscan Coast is at the heart of the Tuscan coast and includes the magnificent oasis of Bolgheri, the beautiful coastal pine groves of Cecina and Donoratico and the forest-covered hills of Bibbona, Bolgheri and Monte Calvi, where beautiful chestnut groves stand proud among the Mediterranean vegetation. The medieval villages of Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are worth a visit to admire the well-preserved surrounding walls and fortifications.

Marina di Bibbona is located at the heart of the wild and wonderful Etruscan Coast. Endless public or private beaches run along the shoreline, bordering centuries-old pine groves and vast dunes in an unspoilt natural environment.

The region offers a host of possibilities for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba and Giglio, the Val di Cornia natural park, the Etruscan towns of Vetulonia and Populonia, Volturra, San Gimignano. Rome is just down the motorway. Not to be missed : Tuscany is famous for the quality of its meat, fish and wines (Bistecca, Baccala, fagioli), etc.) Siena and its famous palio della Contrade, Florence with its May musical festival and its many events.
