The Domaine de Saint Estève in Millau, nestling harmoniously in the unspoilt landscapes of the Grands Causses, at the crossroads of the Tarn and Dourbie Gorges.

Open for lunch and dinner, the terrace of “Le Saint Estève” restaurant affords panoramic views over Millau and its Viaduct! It serves up local specialities and delicious home-cooked meals!
The (heated) infinity pool overlooking the town of Millau and its outside bar is open between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. in season.
The “Le Saint Estève” bar invites you to enjoy our house cocktails, the wines of the Côtes de Millau and many other beverages between 6.30 a.m. and 10 p.m.!
The “Bergerie” (200 m²) will host your parties, celebratory lunches or dinners or work meetings ! Ask us about our modern conference facilities (overhead projector, sound system with 6 loudspeakers, wireless microphone, wifi, etc.) and organise your seminar in Millau.

There is a reason why Millau is known as the town of open-air sports, not least because of its reputation as the gateway to the Tarn and Dourbie Gorges. Canoe down these spectacular gorges as the wild vultures circle above.

These conserved high plateaux and valleys are the ideal destination for open-air sports fans.

There is no shortage of opportunities for outdoor sports enthusiasts, whether beginners or the more experienced, to satisfy their thirst for adventure in the Millau region.

Our infrastructures are suitable for persons of reduced mobility.

For a 1 or 2 night rental, end of stay cleaning is included in the price of the room.

The price includes : the rental of the chalet, the charges (water, electricity, heating), newspapers, sheets and towels.

The price does not include: the € 0,55/person/day holiday tax excl. sales representatives, civil servants on duty and children under the age of 13 and the deposit of € 350 payable upon arrival. End of stay cleaning service : € 45.
